This is a site for launching hand-carried boats such as canoes or kayaks.
Description & Overview:
The site provides small craft access to the Blackstone River in Woonsocket. Cold Spring Park is a city park in Woonsocket, abutting the Blackstone River. There is parking on site. The Blackstone River in this area includes occasional quickwater and class I whitewater so it is best for more experienced paddlers.
